Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular customer check-ins and SaaS business reviews to assess progress and gather feedback
Lead customer training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to enhance product knowledge
Proactively identify optimization opportunities and manage customer escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in lab management or lab operations in the Biotech industry
Experience in training employees and delivering presentations
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or ERPs
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Willingness to travel 4-6 times a year for customer visits or work events
