The medical center is currently accepting applications for a Florida-licensed CT Technologist (Cat Scan Tech) with an ARRT (CT) credential on a full-time basis.
- This CT Tech role requires availability for on-call coverage.
- The Cat Scan Technologist demonstrates concern and empathy while performing procedures carefully with compassion and respect.
- Prepares and positions patients and equipment in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures.
- Obtains high-quality CT images.
- Maintains proactive, effective communication with patient and physicians regarding any and all findings, patient histories and test results as appropriate.
- And collaborates and confers with all colleagues and members of the healthcare team.

REQUIREMENTS :
- Current ARRT (CT)
- Clear / active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of imaging experience, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Customer service abilities, including effective listening skills.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and / or equipment up to 50 lbs.
