Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Walmart Time & Pay is hiring a Senior Manager of Project Management to join the Customer Success team charged with advocating, providing transparent communication, and delivering success for our customers on strategic initiatives.

What you'll do :

Manage strategic projects by developing, prioritizing, and coordinating project work plans; ensuring project objectives are aligned with overall program goals and deliverables.

Create high impact deliverables mainly in PowerPoint and Excel.

Monitor project milestones against project schedules and budgets; tracking projects and communicating status to key stakeholders.

Identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues with the project; develop strategies to mitigate those risks and prioritize resolution of critical issues.

Connect the dots across the various teams and workstreams to ensure knowledge transfer and connectivity.

Elevate updates to senior leadership to drive decisions and report on progress.

What you'll bring :

Proven track record of executing complex, high profile projects (M&A / Integrations, Transition Management).

Experience working with cross-functional teams including overseeing consultants.

Expertise around complex project management.

Bellevue, Washington US-11075 : The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09430 : The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.

2 years’ supervisory experience.

3 years’ project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications...

Managing small or medium scale change initiatives, Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field, Project Management Certification, Six Sigma certification
