The nurse ( LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse ) will work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing. The ideal LPN ( Licensed Practical Nurse ) candidate will be experienced in providing diverse nursing care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm.

LPN Responsibilities
Nurse will record patient’s medical history accurately
Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
Monitor patients’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts
Administer prescribed medications, dress wounds and assist with other medical care tasks
Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
Communicate with patients’ family on progress
Skills
Proven experience as LPN ( Licensed Practical Nurse ) or new graduate
Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
Knowledge of medical and terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate
Successful completion of LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - license program is a must

Salary : $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
