JOB TITLE : Float Caregiver (CNA / HCA -C)

COMPENSATION : $45,000-$55,000 / year DOE, plus eligible for monthly bonus incentives
EverHome HealthCare (EHHC) has been helping clients since 2007. We are a locally Doctor owned home health and home care company.
Our main office is in Lynnwood, and we serve clients In Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties, helping them to live as independently and meaningfully as possible whether they are ageing or recovering from injury or illness.

A float CNA or HCA-C is one who works in various client homes mainly throughout King County, Snohomish County, and Pierce County.

Top Responsibilities :
Work where you are needed the most to ensure that a client’s care needs are met in a timely manner and to support your healthcare team at EverHome Healthcare.
Provide direct and indirect care for clients according to their approved Plan of Care; assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
Rotate being On-Call for emergency caregiving shifts.
Be a leader with your co-workers to train them to be successful for shifts you have worked.
When not caring for our clients you will be in the office being cross-trained in multiple departments from Recruiting to Office Admin!
