Utilizing diverse sourcing strategies and tools, you will build a strong candidate pipeline while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all applicants and hiring managers.

Compensation :

• Base Salary : Starting at $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
• Performance Bonuses : Eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to recruitment metrics and hiring objectives.
• Total Compensation : $100,000+ annually, dependent on experience.
