Job Description
Deskside associate Level 1.5 with experience in imaging, Laptops / Desktop trouble shooting, resolving printer issues, shipping and receiving equipment etc.
Should have over 4 years experience in the following areas : - Imaging using Pix boot, SCCM and / or intune - Experience in resolving A / D issues - Experience with bitlocker, MFA, google DUO.
Experience with autopilot - Experience is resolving level 1 / Level 2 password, access and general laptop issues. - Must have experience in supporting hybrid / Remote users in an large enterprise environment.
