About the Job :
We are looking for a tenured, executive leader to come join a growing digital transformation software company. This Senior Director of Revenue will be managing a small team of operation specialists and support the global sales teams : NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM with their revenue pipeline, forecasting, compensation improvements, and more.

The Company :
This client specializes in enterprise digital transformation that will integrate into ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, and IBM).
Using cutting-edge technology, they have created a multitude of different tech solutions : from Master Data Management, asset performance, reporting and analytics, advanced integration software and more.
The org is built out with Solution Engineer Teams, Product Teams, Sales Teams, Software Development Teams, Cloud / DevOps Teams and more.
Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional team including marketing, customer success, operations, and sales to establish pipeline / revenue plans aligned with growth.
- Create and review performance data to track overall performance and keep track of where improvements may be made.
- Design and implement compensation plans for the sales organization.
- Monitor past and current data on the pipeline to create forecasts for teams to understand where the focus needs to be.
- Utilize CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Own the revenue lifecycle.
- Reassign territories for sales reps.
- Implement improvements to mitigate revenue risks.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree or higher is preferred
- 8+ years of experience in sales support, finance, or operations
- 5+ years of experience with managing a team (2 people or higher)
- Proven track record of working in a SaaS, IoT, IT, or similar company
- Experience with Salesforce (Salesforce Certifications are a bonus!)
- Ability to use tools like PowerBI or Tableau or similar
