Med surg / Tele / ED holding FloatThey will support us during the high volume respiratory season and through our Epic transition.
More than likely they will be working with M / S patients that are holding in our ED. Candidates will float within the hospital as needed within the skill set.Perm Staff and Albany Medical Center Perm Staff must be gone for a year before returning as a traveler.
EKG P / F EXAM : ED, ICU, Cath LAB, D1(MS / TELE), and Urgent Care : Travelers will be required to complete Relias EKG exam 72 hours after signing and pass with 100% score.
This is to ensure they are prepared to pass the onsite EKG exam required to have at least an 85% score and identify 100% of critical rhythms in order to pass.
Traveler may be offered a retest if overall score is above 80% and below 85%, so long as all critical rhythms are identified, and they complete remediation through the Clinical Remediation team.
