Location : Oklahoma Heart Business Office 7800 NW 85th Terrace OKC OK 73132 Shift : Full time, Days Monday -Friday Responsibilities Responsible for answering multi-line phone system and scheduling appointments on the EPIC computer system.

Responsible for routing patient calls to the appropriate personnel utilizing voicemail, PowerChart Office in EPIC, & paging through paging software - Outlook Paging.

Verification of patient insurance / demographic information, rescheduling patients for return visits. Qualifications Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience : One (1) year work experience in the medical front office setting; One (1) year experience with multi-phone system;
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Working Knowledge : Skill in developing and maintaining department quality assurance;
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public; Ability to maintain quality control standards;
