THE OPPORTUNITY - Boston, Denver or Ottawa office based

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic product marketing manager to join a growing team of high-performing professionals.

As a member of the team, you will champion TechInsights as the authoritative information platform for the semiconductor industry through customer research, positioning, messaging, content development, and sales enablement for our segments and personas.

The role requires a combination of critical thinking, customer insight and the ability to investigate data that is available to determine the best strategy to increase user engagement, renewal rates, and new business pipeline.

As the successful candidate, you will enable our sales and customer success teams to communicate our value proposition and our competitive advantages by creating and delivering powerful content.

The ideal candidate is creative, curious, self-motivated, and excellent communicator. Additionally, success will be achieved by being an active listener, agile thinker, a collaborator, and being customer compelled (focusing on the value proposition of our platform content for segments and personas) versus customer centric (customizing our content offers on granular needs).

We’d love for you to have experience in working technology. And extra credit if you have experience with semiconductor foundries or semiconductor capital equipment companies.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will work in our Denver, Ottawa, or Boston office in close collaboration with marketing operations, sales enablement, segment leaders, and the wider organization to ensure alignment and the successful execution of a well-developed go-to-market strategy across our platform and offers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Executing GTM strategy for key products, participating in launch planning for a range of paid and free content sets.
  • Clearly articulate target segments and personas, competitive landscape, critical challenges, GTM strategies, value proposition(s), and key messaging following the message architecture with scale and leverage in mind.
  • Work with segment leaders to ensure the value proposition and messaging of platform offerings represents needs of our customers.
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging by segment and persona to tailor experiences across all touchpoints with a solid go-to-market, engagement, and retention strategy in mind.
  • Partner with the marketing operations team to develop an integrated marketing plans that drive active users, sales pipeline, and renewals.
  • Define what content is required to target various personas at each stage of the funnel, ensuring the customer need and product is always represented in every customer experience.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales enablement toolkit to empower both Account Executives and Inside Sales to exceed revenue targets.

You’ll define sales toolkit content that directly impacts annual recurring revenue and Active Users goals.

  • Cultivate positive relationships across segment leaders, customer experience, marketing operations, platform technical staff, and leadership to identify and influence impactful opportunities and prioritize efforts
  • Contribute to strategic discussion on product roadmap, product training, marketing initiatives, collateral concepts, internal processes, and sales tools
  • Implement process and workflow that refines and creates efficiencies in our day-to-day activities and engagements

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • You are an experienced product marketing manager or can demonstrate a background in turning complex, technical content into impactful stories
  • Demonstrated fundamental understanding of marketing and sales processes
  • Driving the revenue growth of syndicated content through subscriptions and increased active users in B2B engagements
  • You are confident in producing successful go-to-market strategies, have strong written and oral communications skills, and can think from a customer’s point of view while considering the needs of the business
  • The ability to collaborate and confidently mediate across teams and subject matter, on all levels of understanding and seniority
  • The desire to create compelling content, analysis, presentation materials, mock-ups, and enablement tools quickly and efficiently
  • An understanding of semiconductor technology would be considered an incredible asset (especially in the foundry or capital equipment segments).

However, curiosity and the drive to quickly learn technical subject matter to create segment and persona content will provide you with the tools to be successful in this role.
