Physician Recruiter
A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter (Fully Remote) to source and screen physicians using creative recruiting methods.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and improve time-to-hireScreen resumes, interview candidates, and manage the hiring process including offers and background checksUtilize various resources to attract quality candidates and track the effectiveness of sourcing strategiesRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of full-time, progressive Physician Recruiter experienceHigh school diploma or general equivalency degree requiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferredCertification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and / or SHRM-CP preferredAbility to manage deadlines and multiple high priorities effectively
