To help achieve their mission, they are seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager.
A bout The Job
- Managing the construction and activities associated with the field operations of the project.
- Responsible for reviewing plans, construction scheduling and project planning during the preconstruction phase all the way through completion of project.
- Consistently communicate with subcontractors and employees regarding scheduling, safety, quality, performance standards and construction methods.
- Collaboration with fun and energetic team to deliver client satisfaction.
What You Need To Apply and Succeed
- Experience working in both remodel and new residential construction is highly preferred.
- Minimum two years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience.
- Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, efficient time management skills and logical decision-making ability.
- Must have a high sense of urgency to meet the needs of the project and client and handle stressful situations.
- Clean driving record with proof of current insurance coverage is required.
- The ability to travel if requested.
- Successful completion of background check.
