Unmatched training and support
Compensation :
$75,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Research potential homes and local communities to effectively address buyer inquiries.
- Coordinate timely showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers.
- Support the lead agent by presenting homes to buyer clients that align with their needs and budgets, leading to increased sales.
- Assist clients in determining optimal offer prices and guide them through the closing process for a smooth transaction.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with leads and generate new ones.
- Schedule appointments and conduct consultations.
- Close sales efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Must be willing to spend extended periods driving in your car.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing / lead technologies or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Self-driven and capable of completing tasks independently.
- Motivated, ambitious, and eager for professional advancement.
- Possession of a real estate license.
- Excellent communication skills.
