91 per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile) for all tasks related to the completion of the loadHourly pay of $33.

07 will be provided for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delaysReimbursement for on-the-road showersTypical schedule is 5 days on, 2 days offFull health insurance benefits available on day oneHourly pay for 6 holidaysPTO offered401k with company matchNo touch and in-house freightShops and fueling stations across the network to reduce delays2023 Freightliner and Kenworth automatic trucksMicrowaves and refrigerators in sleeper cabsTool and repair kit in tractorsThis is a Motor Carrier Act Exempt positionWhat you’ll do on a typical day : Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop off and work with fellow XPO employeesNavigate various routes, maintain CMV safety, and ensure compliance with transportation regulationsOperate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day work week away from homeOperate the vehicle safely within DOT regulationsOperate all internal freight transportation work tools and required systemsTeam Drivers are required to : Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights (frequently up to 50 lbs.

and occasionally greater than 75 lbs.)Safely climb in / out of tractor cab / trailerSit for extended periods in a truck tractorReach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneelOperate a tractor-trailer combination for up to 11 consecutive hours;
