RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Prepare tables prior to service with the team
- Greet and seat customers upon entrance
- Present menus and assist customers with any questions to select food / beverages
- Take and serve orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate front of house, kitchen and bar staff in a positive attitude
- Ensure guest satisfaction through providing excellent customer service
- Handle cash transactions and operate register (Toast System)
- If needed due to high volume of guests, have a teamwork mentality and assist with maintaining cleanliness in dining area
- Ability to promote daily specials to guests
