• Responsible for managing the influencer & affiliate products in the American e-commerce market, including but not limited to influencer growth and incubation, merchant alliance operation tools, influencer-product matchmaking, agency cap & tap modules, etc.
• Continuously iterate and improve the platform based on business growth and data performance, providing merchants and influencers with an easy-to-use operational platform.
• Collaborate across departments, ensuring high-quality execution to achieve team and project goals.
• Design differentiated solutions based on the specific circumstances of different countries.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification :

• 3+ years of creator related product management experience.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with a solid product thinking framework.
• Skilled in cross-department communication and collaboration, with strong resilience and a sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in e-commerce is preferred.
• Experience in the American market is a strong plus.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects are preferred.

Job Information :

Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199500 - $393300 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.
