Position Summary :

The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of utility construction crews. This includes managing underground and / or aerial installation of utility cable, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Supervisory Responsibilities : Responsible for overseeing Laborers and Equipment Operators.

Key Responsibilities :

Crew Management and Supervision

• Lead, direct, and supervise crews performing underground and / or aerial fiber optic installation, splicing, and termination.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and delegate responsibilities.
• Train and mentor field staff on safety practices, construction methods, and company procedures.
• Conduct daily job briefings and toolbox talks.
