Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity
Location : New Rochelle, NY
Position Type : Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
Shift : Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available
Job Duties
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
Assist with resident assessments and care planning.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of nursing care provided.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident care.
Educate residents and their families about health care needs and treatment plans.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
Experience & Skills Required
Current and valid LPN license in the state of New York.
CPR certification preferred.
Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
