As the Executive Business Partner, you'll support the President / CEO, the Chief Legal and People Officer (CLPO), and the legal and governmental affairs organization—not just through high-level administrative leadership, but by driving strategic initiatives and special projects that advance our mission. You'll lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts, conduct research and analysis, and help translate ideas into action. You'll also draft executive communications and presentations, liaise with board members, key customers, and business partners, and manage calendars, travel, and meeting logistics. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring our senior leadership team operates with focus, alignment, and impact.

Physical Requirements
Requires working in the office 3-4 days per week.
Requires movement throughout the office and facility to support daily operations and respond to various needs.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the day.
Sitting : Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk or workstation while performing computer-based tasks and collaborating with colleagues.
Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and copiers.
Keyboarding : Ability to enter text or data into a computer by means of a traditional keyboard.
Standing and Walking : Ability to stand and walk within the office environment, such as when attending meetings, interacting with colleagues, or visiting different departments.
Driving : Ability to drive to the office 3-4 days per week and to offsite meetings, events, and conferences as needed. Occasionally drives or travels off-site for errands, meetings, or facility-related responsibilities.
Travel to other office (GA or FL) 3-4 times per year.
Requires visual and auditory acuity for effective communication, document review, and use of office technology.
Lifting and Carrying : Ability to lift and carry material, files, or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds, such as when organizing documents or setting up for meetings.

Pay range is commensurate with education, experience, specialized skills or certifications, etc.

$100,000—$110,000 USD
