As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Long Term Care facility, you will provide professional patient care to long-term and post-acute care residents.
Your leadership and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring proper documentation, directing the care provided by CNAs, and promoting a positive environment for patients and staff.

- Promote and restore patients' health through nursing process
- Ensure concise and complete resident care documentation
- Direct and supervise CNAs in providing quality care
- Administer medication and give / receive relevant reports
The listed base pay range is a representation of potential base pay for full-time applicants, which may be modified in the future.
EDUCATION & LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS :
BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects;
Frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
