What You Will Do

  • Analyze performance data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize partnerships and ad revenue strategies.
  • Negotiate terms, resolve conflicts, and build strong, productive relationships with partners in the programmatic space.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and finance to achieve common goals.
  • Scale ad revenue through strategic initiatives and optimization of third-party SSP partnerships.
  • Work with SSPs, DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), ad exchanges, and real-time bidding (RTB) mechanisms.
  • Utilize ad verification and viewability tools, ad fraud prevention measures, and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Who You Are

  • Familiarity with ad exchange ecosystems.
  • Experience in identifying and leveraging growth opportunities within the programmatic advertising space.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Understanding of ad tech stack integration, data management platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with specific experience in roles such as Senior Programmatic Account Manager or similar positions.

Awesome to Have

  • Experience with ad fraud prevention tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of additional privacy regulations beyond GDPR and CCPA.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with advanced programmatic platforms and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

In addition to the posted salary range, there are additional components to Klarna’s compensation package.
