The Counter Sales position will make an impact by assisting customers both in person in the Buena Park showroom, and by phone, while striving to achieve company goals as a team.

The primary focus of the Counter Sales role is to provide an excellent customer service experience, as well as support the team at the Buena Park branch.

This part-time position works on-site, Monday-Friday, from 11am-4 : 15pm.

How you will make an impact :

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, responding to questions, and creating customer engagement with merchandise
• Help grow the bottom line by processing orders in person and by phone, and recommending related products to customers
• Serve our customers by being knowledgeable about our products, promotions, and offerings
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
• Support the branch, including assisting with the receiving and shipping of goods, and ensuring efficient, organized storage
• Other duties, as assigned

Requirements :

To qualify for this role, you must have :

• A GED or high school diploma is required
• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service is required
• 1+ years of operating a forklift and / or small industrial vehicles is preferred, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
