Completes maintenance related functions : Troubleshoots Mechanical, Pneumatic, Electrical (including PLC) and Hydraulic Systems to repair machine equipment during unexpected and expected downtime eventsComplete PM schedule that ensures machine robustness and maximum uptimeEnsure all equipment and tools are maintained properly to avoid interruption of production and to minimize unnecessary downtimeProactively analyzes machine downtime to identify and correct mechanical problems before they occurEnsure availability of replacement parts for key manufacturing equipment to minimize unnecessary machine downtimeMaintain maintenance related recordsCo-ordinate with outside contractors on equipment repairs and to source the most effective repairs and upgrades costProvide input and ensure completion of continuous improvement projectsPerform facilities maintenanceMaintains clear written recordsCreates and maintains a safe and secure work environmentAchieve goals and objectives that are set out each yearFlexible and able to adjust quickly to changing demands and requests.
