The company recently acquired Capitol Canary, a market leader in grassroots advocacy software.

The Senior Marketing Manager , reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, will help generate leads for Quorum through integrated digital-first marketing campaigns that drive pipeline for the sales team.

They will create full-funnel campaigns incorporating email, ads, events, and more. The ideal candidate is motivated and self-directed and understands how to engage B2B prospects.

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to execute various programs that effectively move leads through the funnel and re-engage stagnant leads, accounts, and opportunities.

This position is an individual contributor who is highly collaborative with sales, the Business Development Team, and the entire marketing department.

Responsibilities

  • Increase the volume of monthly marketing-influenced sales meetings and achieve marketing-originated pipeline targets.
  • Regularly plan, execute, and optimize campaigns around core ideal customer profiles and personas.
  • Report on digital KPIs and general campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize tactics.
  • Launch regular A / B or new tactic tests and share results and insights.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness, adhering to data privacy and company policies.
  • Create new content for emails, ads, and other buyer-facing assets.
  • Train AI tools and work with the team to convert generalized content into hyper-personalized pipeline-generating assets.
  • Automate manual processes to instantly enroll prospects in the correct marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership and ops to ensure efficient lead handoff, tracking, and follow-up using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web designers, content team members, and graphic designers, to ensure cohesive digital branding across campaign tactics.
  • Analyze our existing database to regularly identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform Demand Generation-segment specific strategies.
  • Uncover systems efficiencies using digital processes and leverage automation tools to speed up manual processes and improve lead velocity.
  • Generate regular reports and assist with metrics tracking.
  • Manage agency relationships and insure successful results - including managing the paid search agency relationship.

Requirements

  • Prior experience of 4-7 years with a similar role.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all team members.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo / Hubspot and Demandbase or similar account management and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in B2B campaign design.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be detail-oriented in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Carried out successful B2B advertising campaigns.
  • Physical effort / lifting up to 50 pounds irregularly.
  • Occasional travel may be required for team / client meetings.

Compensation Structure

  • On Target Earnings : $105,000.00 $130,000.00 (dependent upon base salary)
  • Base Salary : $90,000.00 $115,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
