- Assess and plan individualized treatment programs tailored to patient needs.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.- Educate patients and their families on home treatment programs and exercises.
- Adhere to established safety standards and ethical guidelines in occupational therapy practices.- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
