Case Manager (RN)
This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a large Managed Care Organization. The Case Manager (RN) will be a key contributor to our first-class care team.
This position has an emphasis on customer / patient care excellence, privacy, compliance, and serving in a dynamic health setting.
Requirements :
- AZ Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous Case Management experience
- BLS certification
- Electronic Medicare Records experience
