Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under the direction of RNs according to the Aide Plan of Care (POC).
- Assist patients with self-administered medications and vital sign measurements
- Help maintain patient hygiene and assist with feeding and toileting
- Provide necessary skills for patient mobility and exercise as per Plan of Care
- Document and report changes in patient condition and care provided
- Practice infection control principles and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Assist with household duties if necessary
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide Program completion within the last 24 months
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- At least one year of recent experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
Hours : 40 hours per week
Pay Range : $32,500 - $44,700 per year
