COBRA / Benefits Assistant
About the Job :
We are looking for an individual with benefits knowledge who wants to create a career in helping others with their employee benefit programs.
The successful candidate will have a desire to succeed and possess a team-oriented mindset while working independently on their own tasks, as well as assisting others.
Attention to detail, initiative, taking ownership to solve complex problems, and delivering raving fan customer service is ideal.
Knowledge of COBRA is a plus and proficiency with Excel is a must.
