About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse I Job Specialty : Home Health Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not guaranteed Experience : Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience License : Must have license in hand Certifications : CPR, BLS Must-Have : Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and used it within the last year- Proficiency in OASIS and used it within the last year- Reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and required liability insurance- Willingness to travel up to 75 miles from home clinic Job Description : Provide, coordinate, and direct home nursing care according to physician's orders based on agency policies and procedures- Directly supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses / Licensed Vocational Nurses- Perform home visits with periodic office meetings- Manage an average of 5-8 patients per day- Handle various types of cases, including Start of Care, Wound Care, and Follow-up Visits- Complete documentation within 24 hours of patient appointments- Must be open to on-call rotations and willing to float to nearby clinics if necessary- Travel may involve longer drives between patient homes with mileage reimbursed at standard rates- Adhere to dress code and use electronic medical record systems as requiredThis position is located in the King of Prussia area and includes surrounding regions, with local applicants accepted at the same rate.
