WHAT YOU WILL DO Accounts Receivable / Payroll Clerk
- Posting payments
- Credit and collections
- Payroll support including running report on employee wages and / or deductions
- Prepare, review and balance payroll reports
- Reconciling data
Accounts Payable Clerk
- Allocating vouchers into proper accounts
- Processing invoices
- Run checks for payments of invoices, travel, and other expenses
- Balance reports to the GL
- Contact banks for stop payments
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience in A / R or A / P
- MS Excel
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to assist with department projects
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
- Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
- Frequently bend to file and maintain files
- Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds
