Job Summary :

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for all shipping and receiving activities. This position will have Material Handlers and Casepack Supervisors as their direct reports. This position oversees all inventory, logistics, warehouse and tow motor management responsibilities.

Job Duties :

Perform regular counts of finished goods inventory and record numbers.

Report out on inventory available for upcoming orders.

Work closely with the Commercial team to set up outbound freight as well as communicate with customers to meet their materials needs.

Manage and retain all shipping paperwork.

Create OTIF status reports as well as any other reports needed by Trivium Management.

Maintain warehouse equipment and schedule any needed maintenance (walkie talkies, tow motors, etc.)

Lead, train and develop Team Leads and Materials Handlers.

Conduct performance reviews, interviews for direct reports.

Ensures assignments meet established standards and deadlines.

Authority to stop and / or modify work processes due to non-conformance and / or unsafe working conditions.

Report all potential food safety concerns to the quality assurance manager.

Perform all other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements :

Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent related experience in Supply Chain Management.

5-8 years' experience in managing employees and warehouse goods.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Previous experience using computerized system to track and document the transformation of raw materials to finished goods.

Excellent problem-solving, organization and communication skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.

Work Environment :

This role operates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where machinery produces noises. This role will also work in an office environment located on the shop floor where the use of computers, telephones and printers is needed to perform job duties.
