• Experience : Minimum 1 year in group instruction or personal training.
• Certifications : Current fitness certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, etc.) and CPR / AED.
• Skills : Motivational leader, exceptional communicator, dedicated to client success.

The Role : OTF Fitness Coach

• Lead dynamic workouts for up to 45 clients.
• Motivate members with personalized coaching to achieve their fitness goals.

Requirements :

• Passion for fitness and client success.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of exercise physiology.
• Bonus : Bachelor’s degree in exercise science.
