A company in downtown Oklahoma city is looking to add a receptionist to their team. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks.

A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage scheduling of appointments and conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support the team with various projects and day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
