Ensure the integrity of pharmacy systems data and identify opportunities to improve data quality. Build and maintain relationships with data vendors.
Optimize pharmacy application functionality and operations regarding product, prescriber, and cost files, patient profiles, and Drug Utilization Review.
Provide direction for resolution of technology incidents and / or projects with widespread impact to pharmacy operations and patient safety.

- Demonstrate expertise on systems data; provide direction for business and technology partners regarding data for flat files, feeds, financial reporting and other needs
- Manage and be accountable for data-related enhancements, including upgrades with new or current vendors and technology projects with potential impact to data quality and patient safety
- Maintain Drug Utilization Review configuration within the pharmacy system
- Manage a team that identifies and resolves issues related to product, prescriber, patient data and Drug Utilization Review;
collaborate closely with compliance and patient safety business partners
- Manage daily operations related to pharmacy data including new drug files, daily and weekly vendor files, cost files, and regular assessments of integrity
- Evaluate DEA report daily for auditable events and seek appropriate resolution
- Triage major pharmacy incidents, providing guidance to technology and business partners for resolution
- Manage pharmacy prescription file acquisitions and divestments for retail business for Kroger Health, including working with a cross-functional team presenting several areas of the company including GO Capital and division leadership
- Create partnerships with other acquisition and divestment teams outside of Kroger Health to be used for evaluating and executing Kroger Health objectives
- Manage Kroger Health reporting tools such as Reportal and provide business lead enhancements and ensure daily operations
- Work on additional projects as assigned
- Demonstrate good judgment in setting priorities, answering or directing correspondence, and coordinating programs / projects
- Travel to work locations to attend company meetings or to interview / observe users and / or customers

Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in pharmacy industry
- Independent, self-motivated and excellent problem-solving skills

- Experience with Infra, Business Objects, Oracle SQL Developer
- Experience with EPRN pharmacy system
