Sous Chef, No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays Requirements
- At least 2 years as an Executive Chef in high-volume catering or corporate dining
- A culinary degree or equivalent certification is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in Spanish highly desired
Sous Chef, No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays Responsibilities
- Support and oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations
- Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure a high level of performance
- Ensure quality and the highest standards
- Meet client expectations and make adjustments based on feedback
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines and control costs
