Global e-commerce is a content e-commerce business with international short video products as the carrier. It is committed to becoming the first choice for users to discover and purchase good products at affordable prices.

The global e-commerce business team hopes to provide users with more tailored and efficient consumption experience, enabling merchants to receive reliable platform services in different scenarios such as live e-commerce, short video content e-commerce, so as to make more affordable and high-quality products sell easily and a better life within reach.

The Global e-commerce fundamental business team is a global team responsible for developing the fundamental product platforms and providing the overall technical solutions that power all of the global e-commerce business scenarios, including business globalization and the diversity in different industries.

We are committed to providing high-quality, high-extensibility and high-stability capabilities, ranging from the product center, to the check out / transaction / payment center, and then after-sales support.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and drive large scale projects within our Global E-commerce platform from tech perspective.

2. Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solution in rapid product development.

3. Design and architect solutions and roadmaps for multiple R&D teams to achieve project goals.

4. Align with product and organizational objectives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver key results.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's or higher degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

2. Minimum 5 years of industry experience in e-commerce or related domain, with distributed systems, storage systems, and other relevant technologies.

3. Strong proficiency with a general purpose programming language (ie. Java, C / C++, Go, Python).

4. Proven problem-solving skills and abilities to think strategically and make sound technical decisions.

5. Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Prior working experience as an architect in large scale e-commerce or related internet companies.

2. Hands-on experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
