Food & Beverage Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our leadership team. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of restaurant, bar, and banquet outlets to ensure service standards and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved
- Lead by example with a servant-hearted approach, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for food, beverage, and service delivery
- Provide on-the-floor support to the team, ensuring smooth service flow during peak times
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a memorable experience
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
Proven supervisory experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a restaurant, bar, or banquet settingStrong leadership and team-building skills with a servant-leader mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work primarily evening shifts with 1–2 morning shifts per week, depending on business needsKnowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and regulatory complianceAbility to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility and adaptability to changing business demandsHigh level of professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitudeRequirements
Flexible availability — primarily evening / night shifts, with 1–2 morning shifts per week based on business needs, weekends and holidays includedAbility to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours)Ability to lift and carry up to 25–30 lbs (moving supplies, chairs, boxes, etc.)Must have at least 2 years of Food & Beverage supervisory or lead experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant / bar environmentStrong working knowledge of restaurant / bar service standards, banquet operations, and food safety regulationsDependability and accountability — must consistently follow through on duties, schedules, and commitmentsProven ability to communicate effectively with both staff and guests (verbal and written)Hands-on leadership style with a servant heart — comfortable jumping in to assist staff as neededMust be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background / reference checksSeniority level
