We’re looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer I to join a growing team, and help design HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial, civic, K-12, and infrastructure projects.

This role is designed for early-career engineers who want to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience with the guidance of seasoned engineering professionals, all while enjoying the freedom of a remote-first work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (required)
• 2–5+ years of mechanical design or related engineering experience (internships / co-ops welcome)
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or willingness to obtain soon
• Familiarity with HVAC system design; plumbing exposure a plus
• Basic proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD a plus
• Communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Must reside in Minnesota to support local site visits and client interactions
