Stic is an innovative outdoor advertising company, specializing in utilizing rideshare and food delivery vehicles as advertising space.

Stic offers brands a way to diversify their advertising portfolio and target specific geofenced areas, whilst simultaneously giving ride share drivers an additional source of income to supplement their driving.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM system to track leads.
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

  • Interest in sales.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school graduation at a minimum.

Hours and Pay

  • 8 : 45AM-4PM Monday-Thursday.
  • This is a hybrid role, with the ability to work from home for some portion of the week as long as targets are met.
  • The pay rate for the first 3 months is $1,500 a month, with employees paid on a weekly basis. The commission structure is a flat 3% on any deals that lead to a sale.
  • After a 3 month period, your base pay becomes $2,000 and you will start to become eligible for benefits, including health and dental.

Your sales commission will also rise to 4%.
