Your next role as a Miracle Maker

Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Sales team as a Proposal Writer . As a Proposal Writer you will author and edit Proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), associated Amendments, etc.

to support TriLink's core and GMP Services pipeline. Collaborates with Business Development, Manufacturing, QC, Legal, and other departments in addition to TriLink customers to usher the Proposals, etc.

through efficient document review and successful execution. Provides an excellent customer experience during the proposal process and will help with establishing long term partnerships with our clients.

How you will make an impact :

• Template generation and maintenance including Statements of work, proposals, HLEs and Change Orders
• Author and revise document including proposals, Statements Of Works, High Level Estimates and Change Orders for TriLink's GMP service offerings and Client specific projects
• Facilitate proposal and documentation draft review by appropriate team members or review committees. Incorporate edits as a result of internal review as needed to generate finalized documentation
• Coordinate final approval (internal) for documents with designated stakeholders. Work cross functionally to meet all document turnaround timelines
• Route final documents to the Business Development Representative or appropriate customer liaison for delivery to clients
• Participate in Proposal review meetings with clients to capture and implement feedback and changes
• Work cross functionally to meet all document submission deadlines and turnaround timelines as defined internally or by client
• Be a liaison between external Business Development and internal Business Operations teams to support natural, efficient flow of information between teams.
• Maintain organized records and tracking of document drafts and revisions
• Support input and output of KPI tracking and metrics reporting for Proposal Team
• Participate in Proposal to Program handoff activities to ensure operational success for client
• Performs other functions and duties as required

The skills and experience that you will bring :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years relevant life-science / biotechnology industry experience required
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong client facing communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a face-paced environment
• Experience in executing, authoring, and revising customer-facing documents preferred
• Self-motivated and able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,250 - $76,577. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package.

The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
