Job Title : Specialist - Legal Records
Location(s) : New Brunswick, NJ
We are looking for a team player that thinks analytically, exercises good judgment, and respects confidentiality. The incumbent must demonstrate flexibility and the ability to independently handle multiple priorities and shifting demands.
They must also possess a high attention to detail and the ability to catch inconsistencies within the scanned documents.
This position needs to provide support by assisting with the conversion preparation of legal documents. This includes, but is not limited to, researching, identifying, and categorizing legal records by sector, scanning the documents, data entry, vendor communication, and proofing digital copies.
Required Qualifications :
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in :
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Strong typing / data entry skills
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Associate degree
- Microsoft Teams
- Zoom
- IManage
