Job Duties :
Provide data analysis and data reporting
Analyze data to provide ongoing appropriate communication with daily / weekly / monthly reports.
Assist in the preparation of proposals
Create and maintain daily and monthly sales reports
Manage company social media accounts and post to gain followers by being creative and working with sales management.
Draft business correspondence
Handle multiple office duties such as incoming calls, customer service, meeting arrangements, etc.
Job Requirements :
Three years experience in consumer products sales administrative assistant / support or sales analyst position.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Previous experience with data analysis
Advanced Microsoft office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
AS 400 experience (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
