Edencrest of Pleasant Hill is recruiting for Resident Assistants, In this role you will ensure residents receive the assistance with activities of daily living in a respectful, compassionate manner that coincides with the community’s mission statement and core values.

Open Shifts Available :

Part-Time- Evenings, 2pm-10pm and Days, 6am-2pm

Full-Time- Evenings, 2pm-10pm

A Typical Day for a Resident Assistant with Edencrest :

• Possesses the knowledge or has the ability to monitor resident vital signs and report variances or changes to the licensed nurse.
• Able to understand and follow each resident’s service plan and provide assistance as required.
• Promotes communication between community team members and the resident for preferences, change in medical conditions, and other health related issues.
