Job Summary :
The CRM Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of CRM systems, with a strong focus on ServiceNow and Salesforce.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM systems development, particularly with ServiceNow and Salesforce.
This is a 6 month contract to hire and requires an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
Responsibilities :
- CRM Systems Development :
- Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using ServiceNow and Salesforce.
- Customize and configure CRM applications to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain integrations between CRM systems and other enterprise applications.
- Requirement Analysis and Solution Design :
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
- Develop solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- System Administration and Support :
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow and Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM systems.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Data Management and Reporting :
- Ensure data integrity and quality within CRM systems.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Implement data migration strategies and tools as needed.
- Collaboration and Communication :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure successful CRM implementation and adoption.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements.
