Job Summary :

The CRM Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of CRM systems, with a strong focus on ServiceNow and Salesforce.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM systems development, particularly with ServiceNow and Salesforce.

This is a 6 month contract to hire and requires an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities :

  • CRM Systems Development :
  • Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using ServiceNow and Salesforce.
  • Customize and configure CRM applications to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between CRM systems and other enterprise applications.
  • Requirement Analysis and Solution Design :
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
  • Develop solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
  • System Administration and Support :
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow and Salesforce applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM systems.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
  • Data Management and Reporting :
  • Ensure data integrity and quality within CRM systems.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Implement data migration strategies and tools as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication :
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure successful CRM implementation and adoption.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff.
  • Continuous Improvement :
  • Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall IT strategy.
