Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems.
The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, and able to manage a high volume of information efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets accurately.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entered into the system.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in generating reports and maintaining documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skills Required :
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
