Developmental Pathways (DP) has an opportunity for a Program Manager (PM) Training and Onboarding in our Learning and Organizational Development Department will be primarily responsible for determining relevant training needs and implementing required training for HCBS Medicaid waivers, Non-HCBS, State General Fund programs, and other relevant programs managed through Developmental Pathways.
The Program Manager will develop curricula, processes, and procedures to effectively execute training. Also, will oversee daily training operations and manage training employees to identify both departmental goals as well as enterprise goals.
Our ideal Program Manager will be personable, diplomatic, analytic, and strategic. They will possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to present information in a way that is informative, interesting, and accurate.
Lastly, will anticipate the evolving needs of the organization and develop targeted and strategic initiatives to meet company objectives.
This is a 40-hour per week, hybrid position, with the benefit of working remotely and in-person coming into our headquarters office in Aurora, CO and / or off-site locations.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a human services area or equivalent education
Two (2) years’ experience in designing and developing online and instructor-led trainings as well as experience delivering instructor-led training; OR
Two (2) years’ experience supporting Medicaid waiver case management functions; OR
Some combination of education and relevant experience appropriate to the requirements of the position
Upon request, qualifying need, and approval, driving requirements may be waived in lieu of reliable transportation.
Preferred
Experience with supervision or people mentorship
Experience with project management or coordination
Strong working knowledge of Medicaid rules and regulations
Additional Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training section within the Developmental Pathways for the Case Management, Program Quality, and Systems Navigation departments, which are consistent with the strategic goals of the organization
Supervise and direct activities of Training Program Administrators and Training and Development Coordinators in the development, facilitation, and maintenance of strategically aligned training materials and offerings
Collaborate, guide, and execute training objectives in partnership with department leaders
Oversee the development of online, instructor-led, and blended training materials
Direct core training programs consistent with new technology / databases
Ensure effective tracking of new staff performance concerns, training completion, and state contractual requirements
Observe, directly supervise, evaluate, and document performance and assure performance evaluations are completed and reviewed for all assigned staff
Address staff disciplinary issues in consultation with the Associate Director and Human Resources
Develop, execute, and evaluate customized interventions including trainings, workshops, and facilitation
Ensure all training classes and training materials are updated and conform to state standards and requirements with knowledge of ongoing state-level changes
Perform needs analyses and the necessary research for new training requests and provide recommendations regarding effective interventions
Partner with the Learning Technology team to oversee tracking in the Learning Management System (LMS) related to onboarding
