Schedule Night shift, 3x12 hours (19 : 00 - 07 : 00). Job Description The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) provides patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The RN is responsible for delivering quality care to patients presenting in the Emergency Department, utilizing clinical knowledge and expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Manage and stabilize patients with multisystem organ dysfunction or failure. Perform advanced nursing skills, including blood product administration, central line care, IV therapy, and procedural sedation. Interpret dysrhythmias and manage emergency medication protocols as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in an Emergency Department setting. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS are required. Experience with preferred skills such as IV therapy, phlebotomy, and management of dysrhythmias. Ability to work independently with a patient ratio of 1 : 5-6. Prior experience in a teaching hospital and familiarity with Epic charting system is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
