Hours : Clinic Hours : 8 AM to 12 AM Will work Daytime, one evening per week, Fridays, and available on weekends. Full-time is 37.

Responsibilities :
- Will float between Spring Valley and Sullivan County sites (South Fallsburg and Liberty)
- Provides general medical care to health center patients
- Educates patients by teaching preventative care
- Documents patients' history and treatments
- Performs medical triage
- Orders and interprets diagnostic tests
- When appropriate, refers patients to specialists
What you bring to Refuah :
- Active unrestricted NYS Physician Assistant License
- Minimum 1 year of practicing independently as a Physician Assistant
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
