A company is looking for a Transaction Analyst - Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent changes
Track lease information, property values, and capital expenditures
Assist in real estate transactions and facilitate the closeout process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
Experience with commercial real estate transactions and financial modeling is a plus
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
